RMS currently holds a certification for: AS9100 | 2016, EN9100D | 2016, JISQ9100 | 2016, ISO9001 | 2015

RMS uses Solidworks, Mastercam and Vericut for programming and simulation.  RMS is committed to support our customers and can adapt CAD systems as needed.

The max working envelope for RMS is a cylinder 31” tall and 28” in dimeter. However every machining process is different and each configuration must be reviewed to understand it’s fit for the processes.

RMS provides a number of finishing, inserting and assembly services.  We have many partners that allow us to support heat treat, grinding, non-destructive testing and coating all managed by the RMS team. These services allow for a complete solution ready for assembly or use.
